Combined heat and power (CHP) is the combined generation of electrical and thermal energy in one process.
With the use of fuel cells, this process is extremely efficient and low in emissions as Fuel Cells are able to convert the electrochemical energy from hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2) DIRECTLY into electrical energy allowing to the resulting thermal energy to be used as needed.
